For citizens, this is paramount to fostering transparency, accountability, and public participation in governance. Through social media, Artificial Intelligence (AI)- and data-analytics-driven, TISA enhances its advocacy impact by tracking and responding to public sentiment, adapting initiatives to meet evolving needs, and reaching diverse audiences locally and globally.
