The Institute for Social Accountability (TISA) invites eligible and experienced corporate transport service providers to submit proposals for the provision of reliable, safe, and cost-effective corporate cab services to support official staff travel. The assignment includes on-demand transport, airport transfers, trip tracking, invoicing, reporting, and dedicated account management. Interested firms should submit their technical proposal, financial proposal, and all required compliance documents as one continuous PDF document via email to procurement@tisa.or.ke no later than 18 October 2026 at 5:00 PM (EAT). The email subject line should read“RFP – Provision of Corporate Cab Services.” Late submissions will not be considered.
