Under the Okoa Uchumi Campaign (OUC) coalition, empowered 165 civic leaders drawn from five (5) Regional Economic Blocs on public debt advocacy and developed a public debt advocacy manual. The trained leaders were part of developing the Citizen’s Manifesto on public debt accountability.
