This pillar is the foundation that ensures TISA lives true to its vision and value systems. It supports our financial and operational processes as well as our growth and sustainability initiatives. It is geared towards fortifying TISA’s foundation, ensuring effective financial management, streamlined human resources, and robust administrative support for the programs, projects, and operations undertaken by the organization.

The main outcome of this pillar is to ensure strengthened management of TISA’s systems and operation and overall institutional sustainability.

The specific objectives are:
1. To strengthen finance and administration systems and processes to enhance transparency, accountability and to increase efficiency in financial reporting, compliance, human resource and procurement processes.
2. To improve the institutional capacity of TISA to sustainably deliver on its goal through optimal financial, human, governance and administrative resourcing.

The Okoa Uchumi campaign is a civil society platform committed towards working with stakeholders to resolve Kenya’s public debt crisis. The campaign advocates for balanced and equitable budgets as a means of achieving public debt sustainability and economic inclusion.
