Diana is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with postgraduate certification in movement building, project management and political pluralism. She is a thought leader and practitioner on Governance, Pan-Africanism Democracy, Human Rights and Inclusion in Africa for over 12 years. She currently leads the amazing team at The Insititute for Social Accountability (TISA) in the implementation of the TISA vision.
Diana has led several significant advocacy campaigns for Kenya and the African region with remarkable success. She has extensive firsthand experience working with marginalized and vulnerable groups including women, displaced & stateless persons, gender & sexual minorities, and persons with disabilities. She is credited for her legacy work on addressing statelessness in Kenya. She is currently the Chairperson of the Initiative for equality and non-discrimination (INEND) trust and a board member for the Nubian Rights Forum. She is a firm believer in people’s engagement and is very resourceful in movement building.
