Elsie Onyango

She serves as a channel between organizational decisions, people strategies, and HR programs and functions to build an employee-friendly and productive work environment that maximizes the potential of employees to help staff and the organization grow.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree – in Human Resources Management from the University of Nairobi and a Higher Diploma in Human Resources for the College of Human Resources. She is also a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM). 

With more than 5 years of HR and administration experience, she excels at piloting the full spectrum of HR operations and managing administrative duties.

She is passionate about strengthening high-performing cultures that drive the organization to the next level of growth.
